Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Problem:
Goal:
My goal in this project was 2 fold:
1. To confirm that the product was both usable (users could do what they needed to do, easily recover from errors), useful (the product was something that addressed real users needs), emotional (the users enjoyed using the tool and would recommend it to friends), and conversational (provide lots of opportunities for two-way communication between the company and their users for feedback, questions etc. ) for our users.
2. Educate Compassion Canada on the value and opportunities for growth if they adopt a user-first approach to design.
Role:
UX researcher, design consultant.
Process:
Note this is was an agile and not waterfall process, many of the items on this list all happened during a sprint, or from the end to end of the whole project.
Innovation
Initial innovation ideas and research, stakeholder input and user research.
Strategy
Define vision, Outline Strategy, deadlines, sprint structure, and moc up data architecture. Create Personnas, User scenarios, and moc journey maps
Design
